1. Services: We provide career mentorship, psychometric testing, and university application guidance. Our guidance is for informational purposes and does not guarantee admission, scholarship, or visa.

2. User Responsibility: You agree to provide accurate academic information. For students under 18, a parent/guardian must make the purchase and give consent.

3. Payments and Refunds: Fees for mentorship and tests are non-refundable once the test link or mentorship plan is generated, unless otherwise stated in your invoice. Refund requests must be emailed within 48 hours of payment.

4. WhatsApp Usage: Do not spam, abuse, or send inappropriate content to our WhatsApp AI bot. We reserve the right to block numbers that misuse the service. WhatsApp messages are subject to WhatsApp's own Terms.

5. Intellectual Property: All psychometric reports, mentorship plans, and content on vipcampuslink.com belong to Vidyamanthan International Pathway and cannot be copied or resold.

6. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Maharashtra.
